Javier is a creative leader born and raised in Madrid. After working across the globe in Miami, São Paulo, New York, Hamburg, and Berlin, he decided to set up base in Romania, making Bucharest his home for the past 12 years. His career spans global advertising, entertainment, and music, working across industries and building brand platforms for companies such as Beko, Heineken, E.ON, IQOS, OMO, Pedigree, Stella Artois, Amstel, Vodafone, WWF, Electric Castle, and NEOM. With awards from major advertising competitions and speaking appearances at music industry events, he brings together creativity, culture, and large-scale brand storytelling.

Originally trained in Environmental Science before shifting into advertising at Miami Ad School, he combines a sustainability mindset with creative strategy to develop ideas that aim to make a positive impact.

He enjoys swimming, yoga and climbing. Too skinny for physical contact sports. He fractured his bones just twice: a thumb while clapping and another finger against the bed.

He loves to hunt music with Shazam and mix it later as Dj Papanash, train dogs, do gardening, and travel as much as possible. His favourite show? Game of Thrones. He watched it 4 times. If someone asks him for a song, he’lll hum "Follow the Sun" by Xavier Rudd.
